This Privacy Policy applies to the HomeStats Pro mobile application and related services provided by Wiktor Krzysztof Zastawny (the “Service Provider”). It explains how privacy is handled when you use HomeStats Pro.

HomeStats Pro does not require registration and the Service Provider does not collect, log, transmit to its own servers, or store your name, email address, precise location, household details, expense records, utility values, identifiers, or behavioral analytics through normal app use.

We do not use your in-app activity to create advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information.

HomeStats Pro may need to keep information you enter on your device so app features can work, such as records, totals, goals, or preferences. This information remains under your control on your device and is not collected or retained by the Service Provider.

Removing the app or clearing its local storage may remove locally stored app information, subject to the behavior of your operating system and any device-level backup features you have enabled independently.

The Service Provider has no retention period for personal information collected through normal use because the Service Provider does not collect or keep that information in the first place.

If you choose to contact the Service Provider outside the app, for example by email, that communication exists outside HomeStats Pro and may be retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, meet legal obligations, or resolve the request.

There is no server-side HomeStats Pro user database for you to request deletion from because the Service Provider does not collect or store your app data.

To remove information stored locally by the app, you can delete the relevant records in the app where available, clear the app’s local storage through your device settings, or uninstall the app.

If you have voluntarily sent personal information to the Service Provider outside the app, you may request deletion of that communication by emailing gustaw999dabrowski@gmail.com, subject to any information that must be retained by law.

Because the Service Provider does not collect personal information through normal app use, there is no HomeStats Pro personal-data dataset to sell, rent, or share with advertisers or data brokers.

Basic network infrastructure involved in delivering an app or webpage can process technical connection information transiently as part of normal internet operation. The Service Provider does not use that information to track you or create a profile.

HomeStats Pro is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through normal use of the app.

A privacy-first design reduces exposure by avoiding a central store of user data. Even so, no device, software, or network can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your device, operating-system account, and any backups you enable.

This policy may be updated if HomeStats Pro’s functionality or legal requirements change. The current version will be published with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner where required by applicable law.
